1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle

1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle’s secret soup recipe originated in 1919, so we celebrated the 100th anniversary in 2019. We hand-make our noodles using high-quality, high-gluten, natural flour into different shapes and thickness levels. The noodles are then complemented with our aromatic beef soup, soaking up the flavour to give it a delicious taste and appetising aura.
