Tacos just got a whole lot sweeter with this honey twist on a flavour-packed favourite.
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Woolworths honey
1 lemon juiced
1 1/2 tsp Woolworths dried chilli flakes
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
180g Woolworths haloumi, sliced
6 mini flour tortilla
1 large avocado, mashed
30g baby spinach leaves
1/3 cup Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
1/4 bunch basil, small leaves picked
METHOD
Step 1
Combine honey, lemon juice and 1 tsp of chilli flakes in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add haloumi and cook, turning occasionally, for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Add honey mixture. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Top tortillas with avocado, spinach, haloumi and honey mixture from pan. Top with yoghurt, remaining chilli and basil to serve.
