Woolworths' Teriyaki Chicken Wings with Sweet Chilli Mayo Recipe


🌙 Iftar just got a whole lot better with tender, juicy chicken wings and a creamy dipping sauce to match. The perfect way to bring everyone together after a day of fasting—easy to make and even easier to enjoy.


Ingredients

1.40kg Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken wings

1/3 cup Mr Chen's teriyaki sauce

500g Woolworths prep set go frozen stir-fry mixed vegetables

1 cup Woolworths white long-grain rice

1/4 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced

2 tbs Woolworths sweet chilli mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place chicken wings in a large baking dish lined with baking paper. Drizzle with ¼ cup sauce. Toss to coat. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cook vegetables in a large 20cm (base measurement) saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain, place in a separate bowl and cover to keep warm.

Step 3

Using the saucepan, cook rice according to packet directions. Add vegetables and half of the onion to rice. Season.

Step 4

Drizzle chicken wings with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining onion. Serve with rice mixture and mayonnaise.
