Ingredients
6 pieces gherkins (to serve)
1 tbs horseradish cream
1 tsp lemon, rind finely grated
1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
300g sauerkraut, drained
12 slice rye bread
300g corned silverside, shaved
6 slice jarlsberg cheese, shaved
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, horseradish and lemon rind. Spread onto bread. Top with slaw, silverside and cheese. Top with bread. Serve with gherkins.
